These Terms of Service govern your use of tnylnk.com (“the Service”, “we”), a free link-shortening tool. By creating or opening a short link, you agree to these terms.
You may not use tnylnk to shorten links to content that is illegal, that distributes malware, that facilitates phishing, fraud or spam, that sexually exploits minors, or that infringes the rights of others. You may not use short links to disguise a destination, to chain other URL shorteners, or to evade our abuse checks, and you may not create links in bulk by automated means.
We may refuse to create, and may disable or delete, any short link at any time and without notice, including links reported to us, links flagged by third-party safety services, and links to domains we block. We may limit how many links can be created from a network.
To report a link that breaks these terms, send the full short link via the contact page.
The Service is free to use and is supported by advertising shown on the page that appears before a visitor reaches the destination of a short link.
Links may be created with a fixed expiry or to never expire. The Service is offered free of charge, and we do not guarantee that it, or any link, will remain available.
You are responsible for the links you create and for having the right to share them. We are not responsible for the content of destination sites linked to by short links.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or any short link.
We may update these terms as the Service changes. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
Questions about these terms can be sent via the contact page.
